My recipe range are budget and free range friendly, with a vegetarian and vegan twist.

I love cooking and particularly love cooking fresh, wholesome, healthy meals from scratch. Most of the time, I don’t even work off a recipe! I just throw whatever I like into the pan and get started. Obviously, I have a rough idea of what a particular meal should have. I understand the basics of Indian curries, Italian pasta’s, Greek meals and Chinese stir fries to name a few – but when it comes to actually creating the meal itself, I rarely need to look at a recipe anymore.

Once you understand the basics, you don’t even need to measure it out! Just eyeball it – it’s so much quicker and easier than rummaging around looking for measuring cups and spoons.

Find great places to eat in Melbourne and around the world.

Read cafe and restaurant reviews – because life is too short for bad food.

I review cafes and restaurants all over Melbourne, including the following suburbs: Armadale, South Yarra, Toorak, Malvern, Prahran, Chapel Street, CBD, St Kilda, Balaclava, St Kilda East, Footscray, Inner West, Hawthorn, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Collingwood, North Melbourne, South Melbourne plus anywhere else I can find that does a killer brunch!

It’s probably my favourite thing about Melbourne: finding a delicious place to eat brunch on a weekend. There are so many incredible cafes – such as Street Talk Espresso, 7 Seeds, Archie’s All Day, Manchester Press, Common Galaxia, The Fourth Chapter, Uncommon, Lucky Penny, and the list goes on. I’ve eaten at so many great Melbourne Brunch places, it gets hard to keep track!
